- That sucks to be him, but it is all on him. Stupidity can be lethal and kids down there just ride their bikes around like maniacs not paying attention and this happens. I hope the best for the kid, but my level of sympathy is minimum. If you do stupid things then bad things can happen.

- I personally think this is a great rule. I don't have a teaching degree, but I promise I could teach any high school class well. Now I do think that there is more of a need for the teaching degree when teaching elementary school students, but this rule is just fine. Simply, if you have the knowledge and communication skills then why not be able to teach?
