- Dustin showed up to games his senior year! haha he sucked too bad they never played him unless Wheeler was blowing out the other team! All seniors have to play varsity football. The only thing he was good at was bowling. But could never stick it out because he had to smoke weed and pop pills and be drunk 24/7. I knew dusty really well.

Dustin Elliot McCowan is a cold-blooded murderer. He dumped her like trash. Staged it like she was raped. No one raped her, no one robbed her, nothing! No one even knew she was going there. No random person killed amanda for absolutely no reason. no one took dustins phone, no one took the gun! it was all DUSTIN. Please stop being so ignorant and look at the facts. IF you can explain all the facts i put out, maybe just maybe ill consider your idiotic idea of he was set up.

- To the people who believe there was not enough evidence, you people are the "simple minded". I mean, do I really have to lay out all the facts? Are you guys that slow at reading and cannot comprehend whats infront of you? Here we go: Amanda went to Dustin's house September 15, 2011. Only 4 people new she was going there. Her cousin who was bowling, her one friend, which she has an alibi and her best friend/boyfriend who at the time lived 4 hours away with no car and about 3 alibis. Oh and dustin. See that's where you guys are so idiotic, Amanda lied to her parents. No one even knew she was going there. So Amanda's at Dustin's and she supposedly leaves at 130? 130? That's funny! Her curfews at 1! She was NEVER late to her curfew or otherwise she would get into a lot of trouble! So if she was not going to make it, she would call her parents and say I'm staying out and would be with her friends and most of the time sleep in parking lots. So right there, dustin lied. Then he claims they actually didn't fight. For the first time EVER, they didn't fight? If any of you actually hung around them, you would know that was an outright lie. They never got along and were always fighting. Why would dustin claim he called her multiple times and sent text message after text message when he never did? He did, after he called the police and only did twice. I don't care that you didn't call or text her, but why lie? Why lie at all if you have nothing to hide? Also, why did he lie to all the people he was supposed to see that night? His neighbor he was supposed to go over there, but never made it. That's because at one time he was going to the bathroom, another doing laundry (which he has never done laundry) he took his dog outside, cleaning his room, going to the bathroom again. All these nonsense texts that didn't make sense. Oh, and he was telling his uncle to come over but later told him his stomache hurt and was going to bed, but was still going to his neighbors? Oh and he told another girl to come over but then never responded to her text back when she was supposed? if dustin loved amanda oh so much, why would he text her a week before saying "Stop talking to me, i hate you your coming between me and my best friend"? why did he text his best friend a week before saying "dude, shes coming between us" why?Why was there an exact replica of an orange shirt that looked just like Dustin's other ones he owns found by Amanda? This was a specific orange shirt you can only get from the mill which his grandma works at which she had given him some. You guys keep saying "no DNA" but why not? Why was Amanda's own DNA not even found in her own car? Why? Why? Why? And even of Dustin's DNA was found on her, all you McCoward supporters would say and I qoute "what do you expect! He was with her all night!" Why does his cell phone, not pin point him to an exact location but show he was in the area where her car was found and by her body? He wasn't home like he said he was. How did that eyewitness point him out? It doesn't matter what he was wearing, but what his face looked like. A justin timberlake look alike. Someone with dirty blonde hair with curls and with a beard. Sounds like dustin to me. How about wheres that gun at? A gun that has a bullet that almost matches the one found in Amanda. Why did his dad not report it missing sooner? Why did he report it missing an not stolen after the fact? Isn't his family claiming someone stole the gun out of his house? And looking for a flashlight under your couch? A flashlight for what? To play flashlight tag? You came home in the morning, why would you need a flashlight? Why has dustin showed absolutely no remorse at all? During and after? You would've think he would've shed at least one tear, right? Why has he lied repeatedly? Why lie if you are innocent? Why not take the stand and beg and plead with the judge and jury crying I did not do this! Please listen!!! Why did he tell another inmate he did kill her? How did another inmate no so much about dustin and the case and shouldn't had because he's been incarcerated? How he know a lot of info? Nothing adds up because he killed her. Dustin was the only one with the motive to kill her. He thought she was pregnant and said "I'm too young to be a dad, ill punch her in the stomach" who says that? He was also mad because his best friend was dating Amanda because dustin was dating a girl his best friend was supposed to date. And dustin mccowan simply HATED Amanda. Dustin did in fact at least said on multiple occasions that he hated his mom because she abandoned him and was slept around and was never there for him. Charged him gas money and every little thing she did for him. His dad was just hard on him. His grandma was th closest thing to a mother to him. And he was close to one of his uncles but never talked about anyone else. He hated his family. And the way they have acted in court? How pathetic. Laughing and smiling like a circus act. Storming out of the courtroom just being so disrespectful dustin smiling and laughing afterwards just right there says he guilty.

Why did the defense agree to ALL the prosecutions cell phone pinpoints, but not the one where it showed he was out by Amanda's car? How ironic! How about the eye witness? Beard, curly hair, looks like justin timberlake? Sounds like dusty! Orange shirt that matches his other orange shirts? Neighbor testimony's. inmates testimony's. closest friends testimony's that have nothing to gain, so why lie? Oh yea I forgot, EVERYONE has it out for dusty! All the lies dusty told! Too many to count! Plus, why wouldn't he testify? I know if I was an innocent man I would be begging and pleading with those jurors please I'm an innocent man! Here my side of the story! But no, nothing. There's so much and i missed a lot more! that's why he was found guilty! Get a life and get over it.

How in the world did he know about an abandoned house? It's not just a lucky guess like Linda Phillips knowing Amanda's name. Why would Dustin's dad say when dustin texted "omg dad! They found Amanda. She's dead" and he replies " ya well" are you kidding me? Why not call him and say omg son I'm so sorry! I will be here for you. But no! He says ya well like ya well son I already knew that because I helped cover up your murder. I can't wait for daddy to go down! How cute! Father and son in prison! Haha what a joke!

- That's shirt that had his DNA on it, was an exact replica from the one found by Amanda. Orange, long sleeved, double-stitched, pocket on the right front side, and same size, and was from us steel. Hmmm and his grandma gave him a couple of those...the jurors compared those two shirts: one found by Amanda and one dustin wore to jail and said "exact replica" but of course the defense claims oh there's so many people that work at us steel! Well giving those shirts away is steeling so no one was just handing them out like Dustin's grandma.
