Legal Aid helped me with an issue and do a wonderful job. If you lived in Hammond you might understand. All of the police and firemen moved out and simply don't get it.

Makes a lot of sense. Gary currently has 2 licenses and they want to build a casino along the expressway. Let Hammond have one of the 2 licenses that Gary has so Hammond can do the same thing on the same expressway. That is unless the licenses have to go to minority populated cities to help with the Gary poverty level or to provide jobs for Gary people.
