Townships are an antiquated system of government that should have been eliminated. They are duplication of services that are costing taxpayers millions. They infamous for waste, fraud, corruption, and abuse. North Township along with Wicker Park should be turned over to the county. Frank Mrvan would be forced to get a real job.

This is a great move by Mayor Copeland. This department will do well under it's new director. It's good to see the mayor moving the city in a positive direction by making long overdue changes to the administration.
