How convenient, the memory loss card is being employed as a defense for dave hatfield. HE KILLED A MAN! One does not leave another man to die alone when rendering aid is possible. What possible excuse can he have had for driving home @5:20 a.m. He could have slept it off. His friends or whoever they were before the "accident" should have stepped up and not allowed him to drive. His (Hatfield's) actions of leaving the scene of a fatal accident are not only depraved in difference, failing to render aid, fleeing the scene of an accident and ruining the lives of so many others is inexcusable. Dave Hatfield WAS a pillar of society, now he should be punished to the full extent of the law
