No surprise there. With their so-called "cultural leaders" preaching the "glamour" of the thug lifestyle, teaching them to speak like illterate sub-humans, with the trash they listen to dumbing down their minds and spirits, well, what else would you expect?
THIS is the shame of what American big government has done: made monsters of an almost entire race of Americans.
Black people, stand up! Take back your dignity! Stop taking from the government and make your OWN lives and destiny!!!

Kind of like when the casino money that is suppose to be used for infrastructure is used for different programs like college bound or free lawyers. Now the city is borrowing money for infrastructure. The casinos money is down but the city is still getting a lot of money. Where is all this money? Someone needs to check.
