I'm not sure what article you read, but I read that the prosecutors are using this Daniel guy as part of their case. We all know there are two ways to look at this. Maybe the prosecutors are looking for the mistrial. I find it fishy that they are using this guy and putting their case in the hands of a convicted druggie. I also find it fishy that this is the second time that someone facing serious charges has "confessed" to him. What is he a priest that all these people confess their darkest secrets to him? Google his name I did.
