It's just a shell game. Moving the Wal-mart to Sam's club, while leaving the current walmart empty. IHOP moving to the old Bob Evan's property, what is going to happen to the current IHOP site? Shell game plain and simple. Nothing new, no new businesses yet let's pay for a committee to figure out how to bring businesses into town?

In actuality, there were 5 competitors from the south suburbs. Hazel Crest, Orland Park, Midlothian, and 2 representatives from Markham, and Mr. Christensen is from the Lansing MICHIGAN Fire Department. Please get you facts right before printing. Great job from ALL of the competitors.
