Its not about what i think . The point is she was not armed. If she was, and she took out the shooter, then Tony's argument would have some merit that "gun control cost lives". In her case, we shall never know.
Again, She Wished she had her gun on her.Your making an assumption she could have saved a life(s). I DID read what she said to congress. I sympathize with her loss.In the chaos, she could just as easily caught innocents in her crosshairs if she were armed. I have mixed emotions about civilians and concealed weapons. What i'm very clear about, is I & the majority of Americans feel there is no reason for private citizens to own fully automatic weapons.

Actually bigTman001, the historical facts are inconclusive, on both sides of the debate.
I did read where she "wished she had her gun on her, and assumed that she could have changed the outcome.

The issue(s) are Mr. Perez was quoted endorsing the day, which was chosen to disrespect MLK, and the other is the reporter did not do here job in regards to the facts.
