  1. The gunman was completely responsible for his actions and has paid the steepest penalty that could be given by any court. However, the agent continues to work. After speaking with people from within the real estate industry, they have said he acted like he had no part in it from the minute the incident began. Prudential made the choice to keep him and now it is the public's choice what to do with a company like that.

  2. He is still employed. Not only did Prudential have a warning the day before, but after the event Prudential has continued to allow this person to practice real estate. The community should be seriously considering whether they want to do business with this company. They put the law enforcement officers in danger, brought more negative attention to our community, and continue to do "business as usual" and if anyone has seen the 2 women that were injured...it would make really question the integrity of Prudential Executive Group and its owner

  5. Believe it, because he is employed as of this morning. This should be an example of how Prudential views all it's matters. Remember, the gunman came in the day before. There was a warning and nothing was done. What about the police and business neighbors that were endangered because of this? Prudential doesn't care. I think the community should send a message and not purchase a home that Prudential has listed.

  6. "after the first incident" would have been smart...but he is still employed now..

  7. It should be said that the person that owed the money and created all this is still employed. Does anyone want to buy some real estate from this company?
