  1. You are correct. Wade's testimony is all about nailing Elliott. He's very dirty in this and they've given him all the rope he needed to hang himself. Super sleuth cop never saw it coming.

  3. My misunderstanding, sorry. My heart goes out to the Bach family. They have shown nothing but grace and civility through this whole heart-wrenching ordeal (something I would have never been able to do). I do hope they find some peace through justice served in this senseless horrible tragedy.

  4. Give this family another chance?! What?! For many in the community, we have been waiting and minding our opinions, in fairness and out of respect for both families, until a verdict was made. We are angry, disgusted with the criminals, obviously, but also with the tasteless, crass, inappropriate and disgusting display of incivility the McCowen and clan, families displayed and their outward rudeness to the Bach family! And I have no remorse for them! Dustin is a cold-blooded killer, who has displayed no remorse for the fact that he actually took this beautiful girl's life and destroyed her family (and his in the process). Elliott McCowen, if found guilty of covering this up, is even worse than his son, in that he had ample opportunity to do the right thing, was sworn to do the right thing, but every move was of absolute criminality, and the man was sworn to protect and defend the law (and a man who professes such a deep and abiding faith in God)! Give me a break! Together they didn't just kill Amanda, they spat on and tortured her family and led a conspiracy to defraud the public and rob Amanda and her family of justice. They alone have destroyed their own family, as well. Do not ask me to have sympathy for a killer and his accomplice! It isn't just man's law and faith they broke with; it's God's law! I would submit if the McCowen family and clan is so concerned about making amends in their lives and find it too hard to hear what the public thinks, they best take to praying harder and not reading the comments section and social network sites. The truth is what it is, and often a bitter pill to swallow. Do not assume or request anyone should make that okay for you. There is only one killer to blame...and it looks like daddy, too.

  5. PCSP have probably been busy investigating the cold blooded murder of an innocent girl and the murderer's dirty cop father who tried to cover it up. You know the one you are supporting and praying all about. As far as your allegations of PCSP negligence to investigate an alleged known drug dealer, how would you know? Known to whom? Sounds like you're far chummier with the criminal elements and underworld than that of law enforcement and law abiding citizens. Get over it, your boy is a murderer.

  6. It's possible if the friend who was there for comfort was an accomplice. You don't have to do the crime if you were there when it occurred to be named an accomplice or another accessory as his father is. Perhaps she was the one who helped moved Amanda's body. We'll hear about her again later, I feel certain. As far as hiding Amanda's body better, we do not know whether Dustin had already moved her body, had help moving the body, or not. With the limited time Elliott may have had to work with,if the body had already been moved he was in clean up mode. There was no going back to the body to do a better job, there was simply getting as much done before she was discovered. It woukd have been too dangerous to go back to her body. Its likey the son pointed out his dump site on their little early morning drive. He needed to move freely and the search for her body provided him with that along with the road blocks he put up that delayed closer inspection of the house and possible murder scene. There is really little to add up. Dustin McCowan killed Amanda Bach. Now we get to see how vile and criminal the father was is trying to cover for his little psychopath.

  8. They are giving daddy way too much credit. Being a detective does not mean the person is an expert in anything or have any real experience with anything. With the time he had to work what takes over is the heart of the character and ego. If you have hinor you immediately do the right thing, there is no question about it. If you don't you consider criminal alternatives. Elliott believes he is smarter and above everyone and the heart guiding his decision making is morally corrupt. He was thinking and acting like a common criminal whose ego told him he could get away with it. There was never a thought of remorse or guilt or consideration for the poor victim and her family ever, or even a second thought about doing the right thing! Detective or not he is no better than any dirtbag criminal he put behind bars, in fact I'd say he is an average active sociopath; a real danger. A ticking time bomb. It only needed a trigger and the trigger happened to be his murdering psychopath son and the murder he committed in cold blood. May they both rot in bowels of Hades.

  9. What part of guilty do you not understand? It is no longer a matter for debate. Dustin McCowan did it, had his day in court (where the defense tried to blame everyone including the tooth fairy. I'm surprized they didn't start pulling random names from the phone book) and has been convicted of murder. The only thing left now is to see how deep daddy dear is in.
