People like this make me sick. I find it disgusting that the world is plagued by people like this. It really is awful for the everyday person. It puts everyone in danger when psychos are out on the loose. More than likely he drinks and uses drugs which only amplified his actions. I wish he were locked up for good so we wouldn't have to worry about another crazy person like this.
