Maybe some of the people who made comments "Punkin, noonespecial, cherycola, and northlakecountynomore" would like to let someone tie up their property for three years and incur legal fees trying to get a clear title to the property. There has been much more than $43 spent by now. They could also open up their own homes to the lady and her many cats.
