The scary thing is Indiana allowed this maniac to drive at all--with THREE DUI's!! What's in the water there?? I was hit by a drunk driver....
He used all sorts of clout on those--arrogance is putting it mildly for this murderer. And while it's truly sad for all families involved, once one drinks and drives, they are potential murderers.
One at the scene stated that Cleary was so drunk, the police initially thought he was severely injured. The numbskull didn't know what planet he was on. Then he says he wasn't drunk....
Phil Amsden was a Bronze Star recipient in Viet Nam. He was loved by an immense amount of people--it took an hour just to get into his wake.
Those of you living in Indiana better beef up your DUI law--it'll be your children next--or you.
