  1. They can convict on CIRCUMSTANTIAL evidence. PERIOD!! This case still has approx 3 weeks left. Geez! They don't spell everything out all in 1 or 5 days.. That's why the trial is set aside for the time it is.. To present EVERYTHING they have. Also, you guys got rid of the "best" attorney and he has a public defender . Stop acting like the family is actually paying out of pocket for his attorneys. Ugh. You're really annoying.

  2. Unknowntongue....you keep saying things about physical evidence and how the lawyers are doing a great job. You're obviously in the courtroom. Hutch, too. Family, etc. Regardless what you are saying repeatedly is not all true. You DO NOT have to have a Ton or ANY physical evidence to convict someone. You're really annoying. All any jury needs to convict someone of his murder charge is merely circumstantial evidence. If you look at the circumstantial part of it, it's building up.
    Like others have said, you may believe he didn't do anything but others do. Most people would always try and see the good in their family instead of something insane like murder. If its a mistrial they jut start over and another trial will take place until they can agree on the verdict either way. Why are you even ok with their being a gun missing from Dustin's home and same ammunition matching and be ok with that in any way? Just stop talking on here. Wait it out because in the end, you're just making you and your family look bad. You're representing Your faith and beliefs in a way that makes Christianity look bad. The bottom line is even If he wouldn't admit he killed her, he will have to face God one day about it. If he did do it and never seeks forgiveness and asks for forgiveness things aren't going to end up the best for him . Just stop getting on here and talking the way you do. Leave it alone and just stay out of the public eye until its all over with.

  4. You would have had to be in the court room to hear the entire testimony of all witnesses to say that Isom being roughed up could create doubt. There was plenty of testimony from the Prosecutor witnesses that made the facts clear as to what happened that day and cleared up any doubt in the jurist minds that there was not another perpetrator. The evidence against Isom was hands down, overwhelming. After all the evidence was presented against Kevin Isom, I would be confident to say that it left no doubt in the mind of the jurist. They would not have been able to have a guilty verdict if there was not an agreement between then if there was any reasonable doubt. With the death penelty there only has to be one juror on the panel that votes against it for him not to be sentenced to death. If you also read a snipit of Dave Urbanski's closing argument, he did a fantastic job. I don't think there will ever be a perfect investigation and there was so many involved in this case. Mistakes are always there to learn from. Just thankful that they weren't too bad where they lost the case

  5. FINALLY!! He used to frequent a bar in schererville all the time before he got caught drinking and driving. Not even sure HOW or WHY he slipped through the system with that many offenses!! Lord help the judicial system!!

  10. AS IT READS, "officers were called at 8:05 p.m. TO Griffith's home. Investigators began questioning people at the police station shortly AFTER receiving the call.
    That would mean, that they responded to the call then AFTER they responded, they started questioning people.
