let me set a few things straight, it was my granddaughter and her friend, they are 10 yrs old. There was adults present with them in the wave pool, where she was touched was no way it could have been accidental. There is alot more to this story then is reported but we have been advised not to comment. I will say this........ my son & grandson did get involved.
