  1. I think of this differently. If I had a well behaved kid and he was in the sixth period with these "idiots"... Number 1- I would not take offense knowing that my kid isn't one of those that he is referring to. Number 2- I would be happy knowing that the teacher was taking a stand against these troublemakers.

    For the love of God... If you are freaking out about this, you are probably the parent of one of those "idiot" students that have driven this man over the cliff.

  3. I totally understand Papaj. I have a teenage son and if this had happened to him, it's possible I would grab ahold of every little bit of forensics that went my way, also. You don't want to believe that your family member is capable of such a horrific thing.
    With that being said, someone's daughter is dead. I don't think I could put my hand on the bible and out right lie. I think it is time for Dustin's dad to " man up", tell Amanda's family that he is sorry this has happened to their daughter. That doesn't mean ratting your son out, but it does mean showing some compassion for what has conspired. Ultimately, God will be the judge.

  4. If that is the way it unfolded, then I'll agree that he is Evil. But, I didn't think there was any testimony about him pulling her head back, etc. I thought all that was said is that her hair had been pulled. Not sure where it came from, but I was assuming that at some point she was dragged by her hair.

    But if it happened like you said, he will burn forever

  5. Everyone on both sides..... I think we can all admit that there is something wrong with this timeline. If someone was telling Amanda to "get up" around 1:30ish and the other neighbor heard gunshots around 12:50 ( at the latest )... Either she was shot right in the area where the voices came from ( neighbor's yard ) and she appeared to still be alive 45m later, or.... One of the neighbors timing is off.

    I don't believe the neighbors would lie. Remember, this is a small town and neighbors are like family. Their kids have all grown up together. I'm on the fence about Elliot's cop car being in the driveway. I would ask that neighbor if she was 100% positive and that would sell it for me. Because, like I said, I truly don't believe she would be trying to get her neighbor and his son into trouble. Especially now, knowing how everything has gone down.

    Also, NO WHERE has anyone mentioned Dustin's old cell mate. Does this mean that someone has discredited his statements? Because, I believe what he has said. Makes sense! Dustin buried his gun ( won't be found for awhile) and... I believe Dustin probably kept one of his dad's gun under the seat of his car. Now, did his dad know.. Can't be proven, but the dad would probably be trustworthy with his son enough to tell him to keep it there for protection. In the meantime, I believe his dad is smart enough not to tell someone that he gave his son the gun to put in his car for safety. Thus, the couch statement. I do not believe he is dumb enough to leave a loaded gun under a couch knowing that his son brings teenagers in and out of that house. Now that is almost more dangerous than toddlers!

    In the long run, I feel like this was not an intentional shooting rather Dustin swinging his gun around in a threatening manner and well.. Maybe it was alcohol... Maybe she grabbed it.. Who knows.. Does it matter, really?

  6. What do you guys think of the former inmate that said Dustin told him everything? If you believe the inmate, than you'll see that the couch.. Really wasn't the couch.... It was the seat of Dustin's car. And of course Elliott can't let anyone know that he let Dustin put that gun under his seat.... He would be in trouble.

  7. My only thing with the voices is that the other neighbor supposedly heard gunshots about an hour before the voices were heard. Certainly, She had been gone for awhile. Unless, the witnesses' times were wrong.
