Just shows the good honest few still left in da ghetto - You have to lockup even an old ghetto cruiser. These thugs and punks will steal anything. Maybe keep the tank on 1/4 full or less then it will probably be found close by. When reporting any auto theft - ALWAYS tell the cops there was a GUN in the vehicle. They will try to find it harder instead of stumbling on it.

I and my family have personally known Larry Hunter for over 40 years. Not long ago, maybe 6 to 8 months he was released from prison . This man has nothing but Rotten all over himself inside and out. The only trade in life for him was Auto Theft and Drugs. I can say that he must really be slipping in the auto theft skill - who wants a 10 year old stolen car? There are people in his own family that thought he finally had gotten his act together after spending about 12 years in Pendelton.There was an article in The Times when he was released that the officials figured his time spent in the joint was long enough. At the time of his release I figured he wouldn't make more then a year on the outside. Now all anyone can hope for is that this old a$$ thief spends the rest of his life in the Xbar hotel. 3 hots and a cot are to good for this scum but it is the only way to keep him from hurting and taking other innocent peoples belongings.

We all know these churches mean well - but these buybacks will not put a dent in the number of guns in this lowdown ghetto. None of the gangstas and thugs will be turning in any of their gats. Most of the weapons turned in should be fixed up and given to the few honest law abibing citizens for self protection. Naybe 2013 will be the year that the hood will finally crumble into dust and will be covered over once and for all.

I just hope the new mouthpiece for this scumbag does not figure some other angle to get him out on bond. I also would like to see his trial set WAY in the future. Maybe just far enough to let him think and realize what a punk he is. Then let him go to trial and catch a LONG sentence. One that he will NEVER be able to get behind the wheel of any car or have a drink of BOOZE either.

Another example of a sleazeball person with a gimme attitude. She was given a job to perform to the best of her ability - maybe she was disatisfied with it. She should have quit and tried to gain other employment. But NO she'd rather steal from people that trusted her and prove to them that she is a selfish want it right now type lady thug. Hopefully this employer will be able to get some of the cash she stold back and she spends the holidy in County lockup. Nice example for her children (if she has any).

Id guess that somewhere there must be some "NEW FEDERAL" money that is somehow going to flow into Gary. Rich and Karen are probably brainstorming on how to steal or make most of it disappear just like most monies that have never reached the citizens of Gary.I worked in that forsaken city for over 20 years and have seen alot of promise and programs meant to help it and NONE of them helped or worked. Until the common citizen will bend over and pick up a bag of trash and dispose of it properly the entire city shoud fail. NO one will make the effort to start any meaningful cleanup. I'm just glad that I never had any problems with any gangsta or thugs in my working days. I believe any of them that saw me knew they'd end up in the cematary and I'd go to court. Now I stay out of that slum of a city and advise any sane person to do the same. Let Ritche and Karen demolisk the rest of it!!!

Sounds like this will create a visicious cycle. All this will cause is alot more home burgalries. Some punks will break into honest citizens homes - steal honest homeowner weapons and sell them at the buyback program. Do the officials think these guns just sort of appear and the thugs turn them in?? Another foolish program.

If Gary is so starved for regular patrols on the street - why tie up a squad to protect the thugs and gangbanger type that patronize a private establishmant? If this is the sort of element the club wants to draw - let the private club pay for a private licensed security firm to watch whats going on. The person that was shot probably knows who and why he was shot. Everyone knows what is really happening in Gary. It's called retalliation. Let these animals just keep on killing each other. Let the police and city officials try to protect the law abiding innocent honest citizens. The innocent - honest law abiding citizens deserve the help NOT the lowlife.
