  1. I think this town has let this water problem go on for so long we are now damned if we do and damned if we don't. I blame the people that have been in office for years that let this problem get so out of hand, now we the people are expected to pay the price. Something should have been done years ago when water issues came up. This was no surprise.

Whats the big secret? Back to the Old ways LOL

  3. Congrats Taylor, always great to have positive news about our children in the village.

  4. You need to stop crying ,*Towers* he hasn't a thing to do with anything now. Its OLD, DONE, get it Kcits. The laws states if its a conflict of interest the judge can appoint outside the village which he did in some objections brought. If its not a conflict of interest for a mother to be on the board concerning the daughter or the daughter deciding when it comes to the mother.....THERE is a problem! That problem would be a *conflict of interest*! When you talk down to someone why not try to know what you are talking about. Are we in a better place with no police chief and village manager now that the good old boys are in charge.. I THINK NOT! Are we the residents ok with our water bill being spent on something beside water..NOT ...This towns a joke
January 18, 2013 12:19 pm on Sauk Village Electoral Board fairness questioned
  5. I agree Lakeshore, no common sense going on in this village. How can anyone say its fair to have their buddy's-family on that board. Hanks says "its not financially practical to have an outside panel hear all the Electoral Board cases" Lets just forget the idea of conflict of interest.
We even have a lawyer "McGrath" that says “I guarantee you will get a fair hearing",
My question is "HOW"? We are a JOKE again.

  6. Sour grapes have nothing to do with our water money being used for anything besides the water issues here. Having a fire chief in charge of police and the fire dept has nothing to do with Towers. Having no village manager running this town has nothing to do with Towers. Also my point was where did Hanks come up with speaking for the majority. Your reply to my statement had nothing to do with my points. I don't care who tells me the water is ok, when white things float in the water, an oily film on top of a cup of coffee or the water is brown.......I don't think its good water. So there you are right....I don't believe them.

  7. You seem to think no one follows the law but your good old boys. Its getting old Kcits.
.Too bad you cant see the political hacks right in your own backyard as well as you can see them in Cook Co. We will be a joke again if the judge lets people on that board and the clerk decides who they will be running against.
January 11, 2013 5:44 pm on Despite ballot challenges, Sauk Village prepares for elections
  8. I sure hope the Judge appoints someone outside Sauk Village to the Electoral Board.
With all the political games that have been played here no need to make this another one.
It would be a joke if someone that is running could be on that board.
January 09, 2013 10:12 pm on Despite ballot challenges, Sauk Village prepares for elections
  9. Hanks says "The majority of residents like the changes that they have made" One must wonder where he gets his facts from? All that has changed is the good old boys are back in charge. The only change is that we now have no police chief or manger for the village. The majority didn't like it 4 years ago but they do now? They are using the raise in water money for other things not water . Im talking $70 to.....more a month for water and we still have to buy bottled water. Are we really supposed to believe the water is good now at the risk of our health? I see no rainbow at the end of this storm. Who"s political garbage do we buy in to?

  10. So sad this little girl is going to have to live with this the rest of her life. Im sure its so hard to come forward blaming a child at this age is unbelievable. There is a lot more to the story no doubt. That really doesn't matter for a man that age to take advantage is wrong.
