  1. Working longer hours, teaching extra classes, increased demand for student performance, larger class enrollment and the list goes on. All this would be a little easier to accept with a little extra money to bring home. Maybe they could have trickled that $200,000 down the line to the staff in the buildings who are in the trenches with the kids every day. Even if it ended up being $20 a week. I know I could use an extra 20 bucks! Actions speak louder than words...
