June 7, 2012 - Soderquist serves Brenda Samuels with illegal executive order cutting Anderson
budget to 1 dollar
June 8, 2012 - Soderquist and his puppets (formerly known as city council members) post
notice of special council meeting set for June 13, 2012.
June 11, 2012 - Anderson new hire shows up to work per Anderson instruction, Soderquist
pulls her out of the courtroom and orders her to leave because no money in
budget to pay her
June 13, 2012 - special council meeting held - soderquist and councilmen mcdaniel, long,
huddleston, szostek and rogers all present. council votes 5 to 0 to pass an
illegal ordinance transferring control of Anderson's court staff to clerk
treasurer samuels.
June 14, 2012 - samuels rehires brakely, mayor's step daughter, and she is back to work
in anderson's court doing same job she did prior to her termination. Only
difference is anderson now has no control over his own staff due to the
illegal transfer.
Some interesting notes are that not one council member even contacted the judge to let him know what was being done. Samuels rehired brakley without even calling anderson to find out why he had terminated her. Samuels has a brother that works for the mayor. councilmen mcdaniel and huddleston work for the mayor. Councilmen Long's wife works for the mayor. Szostek and Rogers apparently don't have a mind of their own either for some reason. The actions of the mayor and council have already cost the city thousands in attorney fees.
Soderquist says these actions have nothing to do with the firing of his step-daughter.
WOW, something very fishy going on in lake station.
