the neighbor heard a female voice outside of the window saying i cant believe this is happening.... at this point there is no way Amanda could have been responsive. obviously somebody was helping him. there was female dna on amandas body........ why isn't anybody looking for this female voice? mccowan probably killed her and asked one of his friends to help him hide her or something becuase he was scared.. or maybe it was his female friend that killed her and dustin is taking the fall for her.....
