After reading the comments, I don't feel that anyone is trying to be disrespectful to the family by agreeing that the landowner has the right to say he doesn't want a memorial site on his property. I'm sure it is hurtful to the family but I hate to see it being the focal point of what really happened here. IMO, It's too bad that statement was even included in the article.

It would be helpful if you'd put the times of the games for anyone interested in going. I believe they were in the actual newspaper but no clarification as to if the times listed were CST or EST.

According to another local newspaper, the kennel is owned by Mike Blythe. For those concerned about the dogs, please contact the animal shelter and see how you can help. I am certain there is a need for temporary homes while it is determined what will happen next.
