- Yes, that's right. The contract was opposed because it was going to cost the city a SAVINGS of $440,000 yearly. I for one, do not like that and oppose the ability of the city to save money. I would prefer to give them raises and cost the city more money.

- I agree. Legal opinions are a bunch of mumbo jumbo and fancy words that lawyer types put together to confuse the common folk. Who cares what is legal and what is not? I just like to hear myself speak. Unless of course when you're in negotiations, then it is best to sit in a corner and be a silent partner.
