The Police Chief should be commended for finding a burglary in progress and taking action that led to charges being filed. Many residents appreciated the extra effort.

I would like to say that many departments have winners and losers, and merrcop2 is a big time loser. You do your fellow officer no good service by making disparaging comments about a Police Chief who just did a good service for the community. You discredit yourself and your department.
