- The accounting field has drastically changed in the last five years because accounts have been rapidly replaced by software.......If you want to be successful in accounting you have one of two choices either add on a computer science degree or get a masters in tax degree.....The masters in tax degree is a terminal first professional degree that allows you to teach tax and accounting at a tenure level with only a masters degree in the subject...... Of course any of these additional degrees require additional funds such as loans or cash and so it is risky businesses. Another problem is the structure of any professional field is changing so rapidly that the field has morphed into some completely different demand structure between the time you enter college and the time you graduate....... a good degree to start with for all around general self gratitude is an economics degree because you will learn so much about the secrets of the world and where is heading then after you achieve the economics degree you have a better chance of ferreting out an optimal career degree......

- Going to university for either a medical degree whether practice or allied or engineering whether technology or professional are the only sensible degrees to borrow money for. Additionally the curriculum of a community college offers excellent opportunities in skilled labor......Liberal arts degrees offer an education that can help and individual live a better life but to borrow money to achieve an outcome that has no ability to repay is crazy.........Rose Hulman is an excellent choice to learn a career that is in demand.....

They simply place an extreme price tag on all of the necessities in life such as housing and education and medical care and gasoline and food.......In economics it is called "Economic Rent" and it is defined as accruing others wealth without providing anything in return.....The planning starts years ahead and propaganda is distributed across a time line through, the media, that forms opinions and rationals such as the particular one formed in the generation "Y" cohort that they are deserving of and entitled to a post secondary education no matter what the cost....Additionally, to make the rational more plausible, public primary and secondary schools are engineered to fail at providing critical thinking skills. This forms a docile economic agent that suffers from the inability to conceptualize risks and predict their probabilities of being able to repay the student loans...... thus the outcome is equal to that of an indentured servant or a share cropper in which the Financial Revolutionaries can consistently share in the future wealth of each individual economic agent.

- I want minimal property taxes so I can afford bullets to shoot the rabid dogs and just enough to keep the roads going and the schools open, nothing fancy and NO RAISES FOR THE MANAGERS; base their pay on performance and the metric is the lower our taxes the higher their pay..........Property taxes are the worst because you can't protest them and they hold you hostage to your own home..........
