HE RETURNED FROM CONNECTICUT WHAT A BUNCH OF BULL!!!! The quote should have read he had just left Connecticut street in Gary standing on the corner at a liquor store begging people for money! Maybe if Levi "AbsentDeadbeat Dad" Evans Sr. gets any money from this frivolous lawsuit he will attempt to begin helping her take care of their daughter that's in college right now or pay the thousands of dollars in back child support he owes! If there was any reason to question the autopsy results Levi's mother would have been the first to do so & any suggestion of anything else is an insult to my friend this is just a tactic to ease his conscience because he was and still is a LOSER & A DEADBEAT who needs to stop trying profit off of the death of his son all this energy needs to used to build and have a relationship with his surviving child. RIP LEVI JR.

There are absolutely No contradictions just didn't make myself clear enough I guess but thanks for pointing it out if you think there are contradictions please state them I'll be more than happy to clarify it for you.

Let me make a clarification there was ANOTHER man that he looked at his father thats the man I am referring to as the wonderful father figure in his life not the sperm donor. Thanks Iggy for pointing that out don't wanna give credit to anyone when its not due.

There was no interaction between the parents as i stated before he wasn't involved in his life. I'm not positive but I've known Levi since he was a toddler so I'm pretty positive that Levi left here knowing that nothing was his fault with that being said I am positive he left here knowing he had a wonderful father figure who was actively involved in his life & he was loved. There's still a daughter who is hurting for the lost of her brother if your're trying now to be this concerned father to the child after he has passed try considering be a loving & concerned parent to the one that's living. Has anyone considered that? RIH Levi

No not all when back child support is owed and he was not a part of his child's life! She made every decision regarding her son when he was alive & continues to do so with her daughter completely by herself ! The judge saw right through this man trying to use his sons death as a meal ticket. Now you can finally Rest in peace Levi.
