I don't understand why a plea deal was given to these 2 hideous beasts. Best thing that could have happened was to let them be found guilty by a jury and given the maximum sentence.
This story is so horrific. It has to be up there with one of the worst cases of abuse.
I don't understand why the bio-mother had no contact with the kids for so many years.
According to what I read, Riley was abusive and the bio-mother wanted out so she divorced him and ran, leaving the kids behind because she didn't want to raise them.
I don't understand why the grandparents didn't keep tabs on the kids either. This is a family of serious selfishness and dysfunction. Those kids didn't stand a chance. I didn't understand how 12-13 people new and everyone stayed silent.
Being a mom of a son the same exact age as Christian I feel deeply moved by this. I hugged my son so tight tonight and told him he was dearly loved and wanted. My 17 yr. old has just experienced his first kiss and has recently got his license and to think little Christian's precious life was snuffed out and he'll never experience those things.
I think 3 meals a day for 80 yrs is too good for this guy. Hopefully someone in the prison population will take him out soon and we'll be reading his obituary shortly. Worthless, fat a$$ piece of shoat!
