  2. When you become a resident of Indiana, you have 60 days to obtain a new Indiana driver's license if you hold a valid driver's license from another state. You must also transfer the titles and registrations of any vehicles you own from your previous state to Indiana.

    Its not as easy as finding probable cause to pull someome over and issuing them a citation because they have Illinois. You have to prove they are residents of Indiana. Majority of the people are just " visiting" or "staying " in the Mansards with their girl, baby mama or auntie. If they are not on the apartment lease they are not a resident therefore you can not issue a citation.

    The security guard company is a joke. They do not refuse entry to anyone. If anyone reading this post attempted to enter the "Secured" Mansards after they "Lock" it down they would be allowed entrance.

  6. Actually majority of the officers own their patrol rifles & accessories including but not limited to EOTech weapon sights, flashlights, vertical forend grips & rifle slings. Oh not to mention ALL officers MUST purchase their own duty weapon (handgun) upon being hired.
