Someone stated that Amanda could have been responsive at the point at which the neighbor heard the female voice, but let's be real now, if you're slowly dying of a gunshot wound and can manage to make noise, you're going to be screaming for help, not saying "I can't believe this is happening" completely calmly.
My best guess is that the two of them attempted to move on, he invited Amanda over, and his new lady friend may have gotten jealous. I don't think he is innocent by ANY means, but did anyone else find it strange that she couldn't have been more than 90 lbs., he's obviously a larger guy, and she was dragged...? Why?
