  1. It is my understanding there is a surplus of funds in Indiana, and the Governor is planning on lowering the State Tax because of this surplus. Why doesn't the Governor restore the money cut from the Indiana schools instead of reducing the tax already implemented, which can risk a deficient next year? These cuts are causing referendums that are only appled to homeowners, when the school system incorporates families from all over their district, renters as well. I voted for the referendum to be approved in my area for the behalf of the students and teachers. These cuts have hurt our children, and we want the budget restored!
