If I were Amanda's family I would want to see proof of who took my daughter's life. I don't think that it was proved and would not have convicted McCowan " beyond a shadow of a doubt." And, personally, I don't believe that McCowan's family is acting differently than your family or mine would act if our family member was convicted of a murder based on circumstancial evidence. Seems to me that McCowan's family loves him and good for them that they have each other to get through this difficult time. Do I feel for the Bach family? As a parent this would be one of my worst nightmares so of course my heart goes out to them, I haven't heard anything negative that McCowan's family has said about Amanda or her family so I'm sure that McCowan's family care about the Bachs but nothing will bring her back. Not even the conviction. Sad, she was a beautiful girl. What a tragedy.

It seems like some of you have Dustin convicted and hanging for the murder of your beloved friend. That is sad because he deserves a FAIR trial. You, like Dustin, were friends with Amanda....what if it were YOU being blamed for it and all they had was circumstancial evidence and the testimony of a guy who isn't trustworthy? How about we wait this thing out and while we are waiting PRAY for the TRUTH to come out. I believe in justice and I also believe...innocent until proven guilty.
