- I'm appalled at the insensitive reaction to a violent act. Regardless of animal or human , an act like this and the reaction to it are an indication of what some of our society have become....unemotionally involved to violence. My daughter once lived in Hebron and her neighbor sat in his upstairs room , shooting her small dogs with a pellet gun.....over her 6 foot privacy fence.
