  1. The whole idea that grading schools will motivate change is based on false assumptions. The newly elected superintendent has a mandate to change as much as possible about her predecessor's shenanigans. If the Republicans (which I voted for) don't get the message that people don't want regional schools belittled and gutted of resources, they may be surprised at the further revolt of voters. Education reform is great. Continuously cutting the budgets of the NW corner of the state is not reform. And it's not Republican for the State to be dolling out education budgets. Republicans should return budgets back to local communities. That's the message from this election.
