Just because he was clocked in and on patrol doesn't mean he was actually in crown point on patrol. He could of left and came home. But if that was the case he wouldn't of went back to time out or whatever. (I'm not saying he was at home. I'm just saying that's a possibility) The neighbor could have seen a different car at home. Maybe even Amanda's and the body style was like his cop car. Either way people will say one way or the other.

They should have to force him to look at these pictures. This behavior says GUILITY! I hope the jury finds in fact he DID do this. I will be praying extra hard for the family and friends of Amanda. Her parents should not have to see this. No one should ever have to see pictures of their child dead and left for trash.

The papers stated a few different times "former home" I believed they have moved but not 100% sure. If they did police should of searched that house top to bottom!

I believe they found female DNA on that orange hoodie. As well as Amanda's. I believe I read that somewhere.

That's motive enough for me! It's pretty sad that Dustin's BEST FRIEND for the last 14 years says he is guilty! Someone that knows him better than most other people! Just praying this case is over quickly and the family's lcan start the healing process. Both familys

I don't understand why they have t looked for the girl. It been a year and 1/2. They need to find that girl. Someone helped him. Someone was there. And maybe of the police did a little better job they would know who the girl was and she may sing to police. And I'm surprised Dustin isn't telling who was with him. I wonder who he is protecting.

I believe Harper and Rogers dropped the case. Volga is a good attorney and has a higher rate of getting mistrials and causing reasonable doubt. That's why Harper dropped the case. Guessing Dustin admitted he did it and Harper knew he couldn't help like Volga could
