9. I cannot believe the stupidity of some of the comments here, by supposedly adult people. Follow the rules or you will be pay the consequences! These parents are as guilty as their kids, they should be in jail! The problem has to do with the housing bubble, you have people that othherwise would never have afforded to live in Munster are crating troulbe.

10. The County Assessor is Hank Adams, he is a Republican, and he is a good person. A couple of years ago I had some concerns with one of my properties, I called his office and to my surprise he actually picked up the phone himself. I've never had any issues appealing any of my properties, as long as you have all of your appraisal documents, settlement agreements, or purchase contracts to collaborate your appeal. You can't just say my neighbor is paying less taxes than me. I love living in this area and plan on voting for Hank Adams for North Township Assessor in the future.
