  1. This is ridiculous! I moved to the Mansards several months ago and it has been one problem after the next. I understand this is one of the closet developments to Chicago and that's why we receive alot of Chicago traffic, but really people some of the stuff I see walking around here is crazy. My daughter attends griffith highschool and she said they have been arresting students in class and at school. This is not the environment that I thought I would be raising my children in, I feel like I was mislead. Thursday night I heard shooting again!! My daughter goes to school and works and I am not home, I am beging to fear for her safety. The Mansards and the police need to get it together. Use a another strategy, like lower the rent, but DONT take section 8 and maybe they will get a different type of family in the complex.
    Money is not everything!!
