So did this happen to a Highland man or a Dyer man? This story starts out indicating a Highland man was carjacked and robbed and then the 2nd and 3rd paragraphs say it was a Dyer man. Which is it??

So glad justice was finally served for Phil Amsden and his family. Very sad that it took Cleary killing someone to finally be stopped after decades of drinking and driving violations.

Mr. Cleary was clearly more intoxicated than he thought if he thinks that story is believable. Of course the lights were blinding and trucks were encroaching on him...that's what happens when you drink too much and get behind the wheel -- normal situations are exaggerated by your excessive intoxication. You think you're fine but instead you're out of control and you kill someone. Shame on Mr. Cleary and shame on those trying to get him out of it...again!! May the Amsden family finally get justice for the loss of their beloved Phil.
