Just because you stay in a bad relationship does not mean that you deserve to die. Nor does being a drinker make you a bad person. She went to work, was kind to her family and friends, and did not deserve to have this happen to her. Plenty of relationships are just as disfunctional without someone dying. He needs to own up to what happened, serve, his time, and move on. Trying to make the murder victim be at fault is about as bad as saying "that lady deserved to get raped because she was wearing a low cut shirt." These comments are heinous and unnessessary.

He got exactly what he had coming to him. Not only did he murder her, but he couldn't even show a shred of remorse for what happened. RIP Jackie, while it doesn't bring you back to us, we can rest a little better knowing justice is served!
