Too bad you're not an attorney and didn't get a chance to argue your own little idea of what "Substantially complied" means!!!! Lol. It probably would've saved your friends from the whooping they're going to face in this upcoming election!!!!!! So I take it that you're very concerned about the citizens of Calumet City??? So if you're so concerned, why are you mad at the fact that the "citizens of Calumet City" have a fair choice now?

Hey oldtimer didn't you read the article? It says it as clear as day, that they “substantially complied” with the requirements of state election law. Where did you get half compliance with the law from? Just Curious!!!! Oh and by the way they did file the petitions correctly!!!
