Saving a buck? Bears had a 2012 salary of $114,300,000.00; they were 13th in the league in salary, but 8 of he teams ahead of them didn't make the playoffs either. This whole Bears are cheap thing is a tired cliche sports fans like to say. And as for the CFL, it's an offense first league; larger field, 3 chances to make a first down, 20 seconds to run a play. It's not the NFL, but a guy with as much experience as Trestman will do fine. Jus stop with the cheap thing, it's not the truth.
