I have known John for several years as well and I agree with Trainer2660. John has always been about putting the kids first and teaching kids how to play the proper way. I feel the youth feeder systems have to come together, with the high school level being involved, and all reach an agreement on the program...from U8 level on up. Coaches from every level have to be on the same page, if not, you are setting yourself up for disaster.
