This is an opinionated article and it is human nature that Mr. McColly is going to speak of something he is interested in: Real Estate and development. At least he is helping with the thinking involved in the retirement ideas and plan for the baby boomers. Everyone that is criticizing and being ignorant is not providing alternative options or opinions on what that believe would be a good game plan. If you don't agree with someone it is much more beneficial for the community to have alternative thoughts rather than being rude. Therefore, Mr. McColly is helping to solve problems by brainstorming rather then making comments that don't help improve the community and only set us back.
