There was really no evidence or real motive. The motive they stated is not a solid motive for anyone, even a crazy person, to commit murder. DNA testing may have limitations, but there are definite ways to test DNA and to link some one to the murder. If he actually is guilty, good, I hope he rots then. I personally do not think he did the crime even though some stuff was suspicious he did. I think there is someone else out there that did this. Has any one thought this too that some one else did this. What makes me think this is in an 1.5 year span two people have been shot in the neck/throat area to kill someone, both bodies close to rail road tracks. Out of all the places to shoot someone to kill them, why the neck/throat. Most cases they are the head or the chest/back area to hit a vital organ.

How can they charge someone as an adult for a crime when they were around 14 at the time of the crime. Unless the crime was heinous, there should be no way for this guy to be charged as an adult. If this was a heinous crime, we would have know about this crime in 2007, not 2012. Now this guy is stuck with this for the rest of his life for what may have happened when he was a kid himself. I hope he is found innocent of all charges and then sues all the people involved in this.
