The mistake was him even being involved in this situation. Why do you have to be a jerk!?? Im sure your kid is perfect. Right?? You sit there all day making comments and you probably dont even know or take care of whats going on in your own back yard! Go ahead, BE TOUGH!! Tell us all how wonderful and perfect your life is, IN YOUR HEAD! hahahah. I know this young man, He is a good person, respectful to his elders and would give you the shirt off your back NO MATTER WHAT COLOR YOU ARE! Yeah, he got caught up in this mess. HE deserves a second chance! WE AS PARENTS SHOULD NOT TURN OUR BACKS ON OUR KIDS BECAUSE THEY MESSED UP! What would you do?? Throw the book at him and tell him he is a failure to society? You jerk!

To refer to this Young man as "Dumb and Dumber" is really uncalled for. Did he make a mistake? Yes. Did he make a desision that wasnt wise? Absolutely! I take it no one on here has never made a BONEHEAD mistake?? Yet you wanna judge someone for a mistake?? You must walk on water???
