- The landlords pay the property taxes. Now the renters will pay the income tax. Back off the renters. Everyone has to live somewhere. Renters contribute to the economy by shopping in your town. They also pay for school for their children the same as you pay for school. What is your problem? So you're saying people who live in houses never get into trouble? That's funny.

- So these friends are standing outside protesting hoping for a guilty verdict. Were they in the courtroom every day listening to the weeks worth of testimony to come to that conclusion. We always judge based on what the media tells us.

- Instead of reading the comics, i read the comments on news stories. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. If you disagree with someones opinion then you can state your own opinion and move on. You don't need to start bad mouthing that person or calling them names. It's no wonder our society is the way it is. Everyone knows more than someone else, kinda like the been there done that attitude.

- The speedway makes money 2 weeks out of the year. I like racing but don't understand why they get everything. None of those proceeds ever makes it way back up north. If the speedway as a private business cannot makes its way then it should look for funds elsewhere. Why did all the other nw indiana politicians vote for this? I tried to vote all of them out but all the other idiots did not. Politicians should only get one term in office whether that be 2 years or 4 years. How do we change that!

- So all baseball parks should put up netting from home plate to 1st base and from home plate to 3rd base to protect everyone. Then see all the whiners who will complain they have to look at the game through the netting. Removes the parks liability to injuries.
