Either way, it appears that the law says you're not supposed to try and physically apprehend any suspect, which is what you did. But I'm sure it's difficult to follow the rules when you have a feeling of power over them.
Yes any self respecting business owner, sorry but Walmart will only take you so far in life. Gotta move on from your local dead end job eventually if you ever want a real career. When you work for that person in a business setting you represent that company. They can't have you coming off as an adolescent dbag with tats up to his eyeballs when they're trying to project a certain image for their product/service. Boo hoo, it's not discrimination it's called meeting certain standards in order to be hired. I know you're a delicate little flower with all your "self expression" tattooed all over your face but a business owner can pick and choose who he/she hires based on a certain set of standards. The US really is far too PC these days when people like JKH think that someone turning someone down for their sweet tats that they can't hide is discrimination.
Right, I'm the keyboard tough guy yet you're the one threatening physical violence over the internet. Here folks we have JKH, you're starting to sound like your typical region rat. Working some go nowhere job (Walmart) and will never leave the region. Hanging out at sweet bars like Sheffield's, Longshots, etc....jumping drunks as they come out of the bar because said drunk looked at them funny.
I find it funny that delicate little self expressing flowers like JKH claim their tattoos are unique expressions of their heritage and pieces of art. Yet I can go into any slum tattoo shop or preform a basic google search for tattoos and probably find the same or near same "unique" tattoo on another person.
I think HammondNative pretty much summed up this kid and this argument already. If it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, acts like a duck, then chances are it's safe to assume that it's a duck.
I wonder if the guy with the tattoos realize that tattoos near/on your neck/face make you look like a douche, not a hard @ss. That and you shoot yourself in the foot when it comes to landing a decent job when you walk into a job interview with tattoos that can't be hidden.
"a well-substantiated explanation of some aspect of the natural world, based on a body of facts that have been repeatedly confirmed through observation and experiment."
Leave you with this, educate yourself. If you choose not to, at least stop attempting to drag the rest of the world down to your level of ignorance. Which is really what this boils down to, you being ignorant.

Don't pity my children. They won't have blind faith ingrained into their brains from a young age. They'll grow up in a secular home, then when they reach and age where they can reason for themselves, they'll be free to choose whatever faith, or no faith, they want. I don't judge people based upon their faith, I only judge them when they try to pass their faith off as science and then proceed to try and force their faith down other people's throats.
