- I have been following The Times article's regarding Kandi Sickles and her doggies. Seeing this article that the two dog were found is such a blessing. Now Kandi and all her family, friends and followers can put the doggie's too rest. Yes, Sandi has a small house, small fence in yard, but, she loved her 17 doggie's. She chose to breed doggie's, there is no law not to. She chose to have a grooming business in her home, there is no law not to. She lost everything. God Bless
