They didn't want you to find out that they accidentally forgot to confiscate Ibarra's side arm despite his dishonorable discharge from the military and therefore endangered your safety. They were in the background pushing hard for the manipulation of this plea deal the whole time. Don't believe me NWI? Make some phone calls and watch how true it turns out to be. Ibarra may have mailed documents that prove it home, if they even made it out of the jail without being shredded. By the way, I challenge a reader to find someone who sympathizes with the scum bag 'victim'. Ibarra deserved his insanity plea, but his mother is trash and wouldn't come forward to testify about the domestic violence prior to the shooting. She had a drug warrant, but was on the phone with Ibarra his whole stay. Rofl

There is more to this story being hidden. I was incarcerated for a weed charge with Ibarra and knew him for a few months. He previously was dishonorably discharged from the military because they discovered he was mentally unstable, and this information was not made available for trial. The prosecution rail roaded Ibarra into the 40 year sentence while excluding evidence from his case that could have shown the so called 'victim' had just physically assaulted the mother, and was a fugitive for parole violation out of Illinois. It was clear to me during my stay in PCJ that a culture of corruption persisted amongst inside people manipulating Ibarra's case. No 'public defending' happened here.
