For years kids have had to endure the wrath of bullies while the schools turned a blind eye to it. Finally schools are taking a stand and taking steps to protect the students under their supervision. NOW the ACLU decides to file a lawsuit. What a shame! Schools are a learning environment, both academically and socially. This is socially unacceptable behavior. And shame on any parent that feels their child was treated unfairly in this incidence. It is time for parents to quit coddling their children and to start teaching them that there are consequences to their actions...all of their actions...joking or not!

Finally schools are now taking a stand and protecting the students under their supervision. NOW the ACLU sees fit to file a lawsuit! What a shame. School is a learning environment both academically and socially. This is not socially accepted behavior. And shame on any parents that might feel their child was wrongfully mistreated in this instance. Its time for parents to quit coddling their children and start letting them learn that there are consequences to their actions...all of their actions..joking or not!
